At the call center we have a self promoting system where is you take the classes and get get your scores to a certain point you level up and get a raise. In August they changed the matrix for our center to match the other centers since ours was much higher to level up and next to no one has been able to level up. I found out yesterday that as of December 1st I will be a CSR II.
