  • Things I love about my new job

--on-site nurse practicioner who can prescribe meds, do labs, etc--which can save a trip to the doctor. It's totally free except for the co-pay on labs. And I stay logged into work when I see her, so I get paid all the while.
--The air conditioning works too hard, which I don't mind at all. I hate sweating to death at work like I do at the retail store.
--More paid sick time than at the retail.
--Room for advancement that doesn't always require a degree. Actually, the only position that really does is I.T. and I have no interest in that anyway.
--TWO lunch areas. Both have multiple microwaves, vending, hot water on tap, toaster and pizza ovens. The big one has multiple refrigerators in addition to that to house the many employees' lunches, plus a small cafeteria complete with cappuccino bar. There's a salad bar some days.
--Not that I'll bother with it, but there are treadmills if we want to use them at lunch.
--Free counseling on-site for those pesky life issues.
    --Massages for $10.
--Attendance awards for trainees, such as gas cards and such.
--We are inbound customer service (not sales) but after 6 months employment we can earn bonuses for performance.
--The referral bonus is currently at $1,000.
--We can snacks and drinks at our desks. At the retail we are only supposed to have water, so this will be nice.
"Is it hot in here to you? It's very warm, isn't it?"--Nero, probably

This is just the kind of job I'd love to have! on the new job, and all the perks; you absolutely deserve it after all that you've been through.
I don't have an attitude problem. You have a perception problem.

If it wasn't for the facts that I rather like my night job, and I don't like driving so far from home as to work there, I'd have you recommend me for a job.
