The image of a snow-wrapped tornado is in my head now. Thank you for that. On another note...it's abundantly clear to me that Mother Nature uses a completely different calendar than we do. We're set for a couple more inches of snow tomorrow night...and I'd rather it not hit at all. It's to the point where one of my regular customers actually got teary-eyed the last time a snow storm started. Yeah. If the meteorologists say the word 'drought' this year, I might just have to

Well snow is melting. Close to 40 today. Driving around town with the window down.

That was the highlight of my day.

That footpath you see in the middle foreground was cleared before I went to Grande Prairie. It is now 3 inches deep at the low spots.

The snowfall is very similar to what happened two years ago but in the span of about 12 hours as opposed to 10 days.

We were supposed to have rain and a LIGHT wintry mix with barely any accumulation last night.

We got 3 fucking inches.

And we just got raised to 6-10 inches tomorrow into Friday.

I am almost in tears as I write this.

I was going to come on here and post about the thunderstorms with hail so thick it looked like snow that we got last night, but... oh, blas... I give you my deepest sympathies! I'd be in tears, too!
