  • off topic games?

I have noticed that we have a lot of fun and intresting games going on in the off topic section. I love them but I was wondering if we could put them in their own sub section?

    Thanks!

Not speaking firmly for Raps, but really, we don't have enough of them going to sustain a sub-section. There's the above, the below, and a few others randomly like the I wish and the occassional riddle thread. Most of the rest tend not to last too long before running out of steam and dying off. A whole subsection just for small things and the board starts to get a bit labyrinthine to navigate. You can always subscribe to threads like that, however, so you can find them quickly.

Then again, Raps could come along and say it's a wonderful idea.

I had considered a subforum for them before, but subforums don't get all the traffic that the main ones do. Wouldn't be fair, I figured.

Another forum I visit ( forum.ppcgeeks.com ) lets you assign "labels" to a post. It appears on the thread listing to the left of the thread title. Perhaps something like that would be useful? I'm not sure if it requires a mod or not.

There were flash games. They weren't part of the deal for taking over, and quite frankly I would have no idea how to set them up.

Whew. Java/flash same thing really to me. Just glad to know I wasn't imaging things.
