chat room blues

I went into the chat room sometime in the last few days (I don't remember the exact day though) and now I can not get into it at all!!!

I have gone past the "I agree" rules page, I can get past the enter your nickname page (and I'm putting it in the top one)

I can even get into the chat room layout but I get stuck "connecting/logging in"

here's is the last thing I see do

[13:24] Disconnected from java.afternet.org

I haven't changed anything since I last logged in but one of the other chatters, I cant remember their name sorry was trying to help me to register... I couldn't figure that out so I wonder if thats what it is? Help!!!

Hmm...I know over in the Devil's Panties chatroom we've had some trouble the last week or so. Aniverse (our server) banned Mibbit from connecting due to the overwhelming number of spammers and bottlers. Is anyone else having a problem with the linked chat client here? It could be something similar.
