If so, you have to get Kerbal Space Program. Good God this thing's addictive!
You build, launch, and control a space rocket through various procedures like orbiting, docking, lunar and planetary insertion, etc.
And even though it doesn't require a PHD in astrophysics, it very quickly makes you realize why NASA required it.
It's still under development so right now it's Sandbox only but missions and a campaign mode are being worked on.
Free demo here and on Steam which allows you enough functionality for Saturn style rockets. The full version's for $23 has much more parts and allows you to make both rockets and space planes.
