This is about calling a cable company and I was with the frustration of the automated system and the scripts that have to be used, but then they say start yelling and that gets you faster service.

That was hilarious. At the moment it reminds me very much of what my brother calls my "ongoing saga" with my Aw Hell internet service.

Yeah, yelling solves nothing....

Also, I never got this. My internet guy comes the day I call, or two days later at the latest. I mean, I have to agree to the "All Day" appointment but usually I can get them to come quickly. Do people really have to wait a month?!
