The person working the gas station reported the smoke coming from the semi truck around 1:50. It's a good thing that the fire station is less than a mile from us. The damage to the inside of the cab was extensive, and the smell was kinda like gunpowder. At least the lady who drove the truck, and her dogs weren't in the cab when it happened, she was doing paperwork in the trucking office. She told me that she normally leaves the dogs in the truck, but today they really wanted out. Probably because they could smell trouble long before the fire became visible.
