I can't believe people think this is okay and can get away with it too. I'm hoping something is done to stop these people. I've heard and seen stories on puppy mills so I'm not surprise but that those were few years ago. As a dog lover (and someone who has one) it breaks my heart people treat these animals as products and don't take care of them properly before they are sold.
