The really sad part is that he effectively is holding it hostage.

He put up a post on his site that said for 1k, he takes it off newgrounds, 3k will get it off his website, 5k he gives an apology.

It's status? On it's way to being removed from newgrounds, his site is shut down, and he's still an ass.
