This has "Disaster" written all over it.
Not that I didn't love Thundercats when I was little (what girl didn't want to kick butt like Cheetara?), but it wasn't exactly the finest writing I've ever seen. Does it really deserve to be trashed by a live-action feature?
It also mentions the second coming of the He-Man live action movie, but I think history has already shown what a bad move that idea is. Maybe Dolph Lundgren can be Skelator this time, he's probably old enough.
