I don't think the pants themselves are outlawed, are they? Did I read that wrong? I thought just the showing of underwear was outlawed.
Which rocks, because I dont' want to see anyone's underwear. If you were to walk down a street in your undies, you'd be arrested. Why should you be able to wear your pants down under your ass and NOT get arrested? Cover your ass, Son! I don't want to see it! You look like my toddler when her diaper's full of stinky. Dress like a man!
