Comcast customer charged with assault
A Comcast Cable employee was assaulted by a customer with a cable box at the Comcast office Thursday afternoon, a police report from the north precinct said.
The incident happened at about 1:20 p.m. in the lobby of Comcast Cable of Huntsville, 2047 Max Luther Drive. The report listed the incident as third-degree assault, which is a misdemeanor, and harassment.
