I wonder how much time passed and how much of a paper noose collected before this jerk was fired? I also wonder why oh why the SC's of the world don't end up having to deal with someone like this?
Numerous complaints and extensive documentation detailed Mr. Dawson's aggressive, insubordinate, and rude behaviour, including temper tantrums, an inability to exercise restraint, becoming angry with, yelling and swearing at staff members and supervisors, as well as other persons with whom he came in contact with in the workplace. Additionally, at trial, Mr. Dawson was found to have “a self-righteous denial of any wrong and a singular determination not to be deterred from a well-established pattern of self-indulgent and aggressive conduct”.
