I'm not tour managing at the Fringe Festival this year - but I can't resist reading the bad reviews anyways. My favorite of all time is "3 monkeys 3 days" and that is all it said (can't remember the show). We used to have a game in which we would find the worst play (out of 2,000) and dare each other to sit thru it. I stopped playing after I lost 2 and 1/2 hours of my life to Famine! the musical.
Before you feel sorry for the people involved with the play, remember they have taken approx. 11 pounds ($22US) and at least 45 min of your life. Also, it isn't uncommon for a trusted reviewer to trash a play and then have a review for the Scotsman give it a glowing review and vice versa.
