They say this guy comes in 2 or 3 times A DAY and the cops STILL can't catch him! I would have quit rather then keep working there.

If he knows the police are after him, and does NOT show up when a cop car is sitting out front (well think about it, do you think he would?! When two degenerates were on a rampage of robbing small gas stations around here in early spring 06, there was a cop car outside the gas station around closing time almost every day. The two days they weren't, is when they showed up, once when I was working, and they saw me grab a phone and they sped off, the second time, there was a customer after hours and they got scared of being recognized and sped off)....

Ok I digress...

Have a plain clothes cop wait for him. Or have a cop park down the street and wait. Wait for him, say the secret word, and the cops can draw their weapons and get him. Get multiple cops if needed!

This is the most pitiful example of a failed justice system. This SHOULD not have continued after the first or second day. This should NOT be happening every day. This piece of shit should already be rotting in a jail cell.

FURTHERMORE, still forcing employees to have to go through with this?! Having them and the store owner in danger? Hell, I'd close the store down until this idiot gets caught.....than have my employees in harm's way 24/7!

Crime out of control. Police are powerless. People dont give a shit. Sounds like Baghdad. Well at least you dont have to put up with 130 degree heat six months out of the year along with daily rolling blackouts (if you wanna look at the bright side of it!).
