Yeah, it's old and many have probably seen it before, but I have to admit, I have not (until now), and I thought it was a pretty clever complaint idea, and I was laughing at their cheeky presentation:

This actually had a very funny story behind it, because the people who did this up, not only sent it to the hotel chain, but they also sent it to their friends. This was just as the internet was picking up speed, so the viral effect was pretty effective.

The best part is, the company didn't have a means of viewing the presentation, so they were getting bombarded with complaints and cancellation of contracts without having any clue. The CEO was, needless to say, shocked when he finally found out why.
