I found an article the other day If You Micromanage, Nobody wins
Sadly, many of my bosses fit this article: "what they are doing is exercising a deep-seated believe that if someone else's way of expression is different from theirs, then that person must be wrong"
What's funny is that I printed it up and propped it up on the white-board in the corner of the shop. It's been there almost a day... and I know at least one sucky supervisor *has* looked at it.
I'm just wondering how long it will last before they throw it out or blow up.
