      That's just awful.

      I think it's terrible that security forces are often completely hamstrung in the pursuit of their duties.

        Thats the company I used to work for before my current job, unlike Paul I'd bought my own body armour a long time ago, but unlike him I didn't have a family so I could takethe £300 hit on my finances.

        It was a pretty awful Christmas when we realised what had happened to him.
