I was just introduced to this site (the link goes to one of the 'acts'). (and I couldn't be bothered to search through 61 pages on here to see if it's already posted)
They set up stunts in public... videos and pictures and stuff!

Go watch the most recent one - Best Game Ever... they turn a kid's little league into a full NBC televised game...with professional commentator, Goodyear Blimp, etc....
