My neighbor just told me that the woman sounds like her old neighbor (and she says the apartments look really familiar too. We couldn't confirm if there were any barbie corpses hanging from that balcony so we're still speculating.). All H had to say was this:

Holy crap, that lady has tons more videos about that sort of thing. I noticed at the end of the video it said by "dboots" so I managed to find her youtube account.

I couldn't find the original rainbow video; maybe she took it down, but that's clearly her channel.

She's really freakin' paranoid. It's kind of sad, in a way.
