        Singh, aged 45, of Prosser Street, Park Village, pleaded guilty to 12 food hygiene charges at Wolverhampton Magistrates Court.
        A body, a dead rat, droppings, and layers of grease on everything and they only found 12 food hygiene charges?!? I would think they would have found more than that.
