There is a great article in the Working Wounded section of ABC News. It mentions how Hastert ignored/condoned/whatever Foley's unethical emails and how too many corporations turn a blind eye to harassment and unseemly behavior and pay dearly for it. On one hand, I'm glad when a victim of harassment wins in court and gets punitive damages awarded, but on the other hand- it shouldn't have to be that hard to convince employers that workers deserve and will fight for fair treatment under the law. Plus, often they either never get the money or it gets dragged out so long that they're too old or frail to do anything with it.
Every head of every company should be forced to read this about 10 times (because the first five they'll be claiming..."Well this doesn't happen here") and sign something showing they'll enforce it or resign. I know it's wishful thinking....

Side note: Say what you will about Clinton, at least Lewinsky was not a minor. It's time to clean house.
