A felon was being followed by police for a traffic stop, and decided to call in a fake armed robbery so he wouldn't get pulled over. Naturally it doesn't work.


Neat idea though.

When we lived in Indianapolis a cop pulled my wife over for I guess speeding in front of a university there where there was a stretch of road that was 25 mph. She said when he went to get out he jumped back in his car and sped off.
