This one hurt my head

Want to go to college? Get pregnant first!

Dad was complaining about having to give his financial information even though he didn't want to/wasn't planning to pay for his daughter's college education. He was told that until she was either 24, or married, or had a dependant of her own, he'd have to provide his financial information as she was still considered a "child". Dad looks @ daughter and tells her she has to get "knocked up" if she wants to go to college.

Pretty much yuck.

Me: “Could you, perhaps, sleep in the other bed until housekeeping can give you fresh sheets?”

Guest: “You won’t charge me for using the other bed?”

I do hope they charge him for cleaning though. I mean wtf.

Me: “We cleaned it.”

... I've worked on some equipment that fits that description. seriously. one of the fluke meters i worked on had so much junk on the case it was mostly black.... and it's suppose to be yellow!
I wondered if they recognized it when they got it back...

Okay, have to share a story with this one. It's a former CW's story. Back when McD's came out with "Dippin' Dots", this former CW was into LSD. Her and a friend had dropped some acid, and decided to go to McD's. When they encountered the Dippin' Dots, they thought they were having a really bad trip. That was former CW's first encounter with Dippin' Dots.

this one is kinda cool. it think it was trying to point out that the customer spoke english but... if it's heavily accented english might not be the easiest to use. so it ends up being cool that the employee just happened to speak japanese.
