Country Singer, Charley Pride, pays back the money woman paid to on-line scalper to see his concert
Charley Pride, one of the more successful country singers (and one of the few successful African-American Country singers), found out via a letter written to his agent about how this woman paid $933 for tickets to his show. If she had bought the tickets from a legit place, the price would have only been $68. He feels on-line scalpers aren't right, went to the woman's place of employment, paid her back her money and gave her front row tickets.
I've always liked Charley Pride, and now my admiration for him has gone up even more.
