With all those here using twitter, I thought I should post this:

Apparently, if you went to the profile of someone who's infected, you could get infected yourself. The worm spread through the stalkdaily.com site.
Updates seem to indicate that the holes that allowed this to spread have been closed, but be careful at any rate.
