OK, so first the state treasury loses money to hackers... well actually, leaked patient information at the university hospital happened, then the state treasury got hacked...now it appears that the conflicker worm has hit UofU.
Seriously, what is it with this state and not being able to handle technology security
and I would have thought after the last... oh how many incidents... they'd have figured it out by now
