Interesting. I already (legally) own versions 5 and 8, and I'll say that the Animation Shop program that comes with PSP is by far the best program for making animated gifs that I've worked with. Although there's probably been some nice improvements between PSP 8 and 10, I'll really be downloading it to check out what's been added to Animation Shop.

tl;dr This is worth downloading just for Animation Shop.

D/L worked for me - I tried it before posting it.

There is no catch (but I'm sure they'll send you emails). I don't know why they're doing this but I've seen it posted on many forums, I'd say get it before they kill it.
