That seems to be what Viacom has said to a couple people. They own VH1 who has a show called "Web Junk 2.0" that goes around looking for clips online and makes little comment about them. Much like "The Soup" does for news and entertainment that is on regular/cable tv.
A guy had his video posted on Web Junk, he was so pleased to see that he snagged the clip of his clip being shown and put it online with his own comments. Viacom said he couldn't do that and that he had to take down his clip.
Anyone else see anything like this?

I did a search for this and I didn't find anything. But it is known I have no searching skills so...if a double, I accept my fish slap.
