    I love how the customer's statement is so innocuous. "I only asked for the assistant manager and then HE WENT F*CK A** CRAZY AND STARTED WAILING ON ME FOR NOOO REASON!"

    I'm willing to bet $10 the customer was doing a fair bit of shouting and being a douche.
