                Those children's literature cakes are absolutely beautiful. It's amazing how these artists can sculpt with icing and fondant. Wish I could do that.

                I like looking at the nice cakes on Sundays. And it's fun to look at the cake wrecks the rest of the week!

                  I know....One of my greatest wishes is to have a birthday cake from Charm City Cakes....a replica of the New Globe in London (or the Comedie-Francaise in Paris, either/or).

                          I think the wrecked cakes are better... they don't look as fantastic as the good ones, so when you eat them you don't feel like you're destroying a work of art.
