An Abercrombie and Fitch employee was banished to the storeroom for not upholding the "look" policy.

But only from a certain point of view. How "work in the stockroom until the winter uniforms come in" is supportive, I dunno. Unless they were thinking something along the lines of "Hey, let's make the one-armed girl move boxes and clothing around all day. That'll help her cope with any awkwardness!" Gah, I feel dirty just typing that line.

It would appear that the young lady has won against them, and is now £8k better off!

However I'm confused. How could she not have suffered from disability discrimination when it was her disability that caused them to put her in the stockroom anyway?
