Had my first Burlesque experience yesterday at the festival. Today was even better, cos my boyfriend & I managed to get to the venue early and sat at the front, about oh... 20-30 feet from the stage (if even that).
Much easier to take pictures in focus from that close. After 2 nights I have over 1400 photos...
Not sure if I can post them here though, but it was awesome.
My favorite act from tonight... well there's always Boylesque, but from the regular burlesque, I'd have to go with Michele L'Amour's dance - she had an unusual way to use balloons.
(Those of you who watch tv will remember her from America's Got Talent - she did the Knight Rider dance.... but believe me it's much better watching her dance live)
