    "Do You Want to Date My Avatar" vid

    Has anyone else seen this? I laughed myself sick, and then went and started watching the whole show.

    BUAAAAAAAAAAHAHAHAHAAAA!! Awesome! I've seen those shows but had no idea about the music video. Hits closer to home now that my wife and I play WoW.

      I just started watching the show because of the vid. I'm trying very very VERY hard not to cry with laughter at work.

      So funny!

      Felicia Day's really making her mark as a geek girl. Good for her!

        That was great - I'm wondering how longg it will take for subjects like this to hit the mainstream..

        Or have they already? Is this mainstream now - indies on YouTube / FB?

          Pretty much, especially after the success of Dr. Horrible. The vid was #1 on iTunes yesterday! It's definitely the way of the future.

            I LOVE Felicia Day. Icould watch anything, no matter how bad and boring, as long as it has her in. Seen the Picture of her as a Jedi Chef? I <3 that image.

              Felicia Day is my new hero. Loved her in Buffy (one of the few memorable Slayers-in-Training), loved her in Dr. Horrible. She's a geek, gamer, and former homeschooler. She's produced, written, and starred in a highly successful web series with no studio backing. And now the Date My Avatar vid, also made without studio backing, is the #1 video on iTunes. Go indie geek power!

              She ROCKS my world!

              Plus, I really really really want that corset she's wearing in the vid.

                While I find Ms. Day smoking hot, it wasn't quite enough to get me to listen to that. Really not my kind of music.

                Fortunately, I *did* rather laugh at the bald guy in the armour, since it just looked so ridiculous on him
