    1) Yaaay! a new Boondock Saints!
    2) Why? It never needed a sequel.

I have to agree, it didn't require a sequal, but given that, I hope they don't f*** it up. The original was awesome.

          Say Whhhhhhhhhhhhhhhaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa?

That is one of my all time favorite movies...

          w0ot.

          ETA:

Rocco: [puts gun to his own head] I'll shoot myself in the head, you can tell me that cat's name! Go ahead! Your what? Your precious, little...
          Donna: Skippy! Skippy!
Rocco: Oh, Jesus! What color was it, bitch?

          One of my favorite parts....LMAO.

If this one is half as badass as the first..itll do just fine.

Only thing that's kinda peeving me is it looks like they might have "replaced" Rocco with that weird looking dude with the mullet and the sides of his head shaved. So glad they got the original Saints and Daddy to come back though!

umm Rocco dies in the movie, so they didn't replace him.

Unless they mean "replaced" as in theres a new smartass friend.

David Della Rocco is in the second movie. According to my husband, he's going to be in flashbacks or dream sequences or some such. So, he's still dead.

And, regardless of whether it needs a sequel...HELL YEAH! I am so looking forward to this. That trailer rocked.

I know, that's why I put replaced in quotes. The new dude is basically in Rocco's old spot it seems.

I hope they bring back the mother for another short. The outtake from the first movie with her in it was the funniest scene in the entire movie.

Edit: The above clip contains strong language...

lol. i was so excited about this i accidentally started another thread about it. i'm stoked beyond reason. i'm just sad i didn't know about it before...and that i probably won't be able to see it til it's out on dvd.

ironically enough, The Boy saw the trailer for it while he was in an irish pub. go figure.

I was pretty miffed when I found it wasn't going to be opening in Denver. It's playing now, so we can go see it next week if we want.
