An Employee at an IHOP was tired of "Dine and dash" so he instituted a new policy.

I bet corporate will be irate when they start having lots of dine and dashes take place.

Hell, make them pay in advance instead.

Im actually surprized more places dont have a pay first thing going.
Only reason not to, is incase you have customers that dont realize they want something else til they get that far. ie desert.

Just have them pay for each course as they order it. Drinks, appetizers, main dish, dessert.

The Denny's in Killeen or Copperas Cove, Texas got sued because some black people were supposedly forced to pay in advance for their food. One employee said it was because they were known dine-and-dashers.
