It won't sadily. To many damn bullies in the work force already. Plus it just give more reasons for companies to be sued. They already have to walk over backwards for people already.

Don't get me wrong. I hate bullies. I despise them with every fiber of my every being. If I could get away with murder?

Eh, I still wouldn't kill them. No reason for their mom and dad to suffer the lost of their asshole son and bitch daughter. But brutally hurt is ok.

Do the words "hostile work environment" mean nothing anymore? We probably wouldn't need to be passing laws like this if HR departments and labor boards would protect workers the way they're supposed to.

As for this bill, it's going nowhere in Cheeselandialand, at least not until next year. The legislative session for 2010 ended last week.
