    Wisconsin is best at high school graduation rates.

    Heh, I just thought of a new state motto: "We may be shitfaced drunk at 10 in the morning, but at least we all graduated high school!"

Geez, that would make a good marketing tool to get tourists to visit..not!
      They're probably doing it as a percentage of population, not just straight numbers.

      Now the question on the mental health days I have is, is it mental health days needed or days actually taken...cuz plenty of people should take mental days but don't.

                    My state is the worst at identity theft. I believe they should add to it cost of living, corrupt politicians and cops.
