This could be the reason. How many handicapped customers had to go without a cart because of one sucky customer?

Any fool can piss on the floor. It takes a talented SC to shit on the ceiling. -
At my store they always seem to get broken by SC abuse (crashing into things, driving it in the parking lot, etc.) and suddenly three carts is reduce to one working one.
I have always thought they should put a pole on them so if they try to drive them outside it hits the top of the door frame. A few dollars in materials could prevent a lot of abuse. -
according to the post standard she's going to appear in the local court.
