    A man complains about being overcharged (a legitimate complaint btw) and said he wanted a drawing of a dinosaur. M & S comply :P

            When you click the link button, immediately erase the "http://" that appears in the box, then paste in the link address. For some reason, it automatically adds the "http://" and doesn't let you paste over it when you put in the address.
