    Very nice photos!

I admit, before clicking, I knew nothing about Chattanooga, other than it's in Tennessee, and something about a choo-choo train. Now...I want to go there and see those caves and the cool architecture! Seems like a hip enough place.

Very nice! I've been there many times and didn't realize they even had an art museum.

(Though my favorite attraction in the area remains the railroad museum. Home to my avatar, in fact, though 4501 has never really been painted purple.)

In a month I will be in Tennessee on vacation. I can not wait.

We took the girls to Chattanooga a couple of years ago. That was a trip I will never forget

Love Chattanooga. Hubby and I traveled there for a week to have our "honeymoon"--10 years after we married! We did the Aquarium, Incline Railway, Ruby Falls, Lookout Mtn, and Rock City. We had a blast, but wish now after seeing your pictures, we'd taken more time to get the "culture" you showed. Maybe we'll go back as it's only about 2-3 hours from where we live.

            Great pictures, BTW.

wow I live like 4 hours from there, but often don't stop, just passing through to someplace more southern.
It is by snark alone I set my mind in motion. It is by the juice of the coffee bean that thoughts acquire 'tude, the lips acquire mouthiness, the glares become a warning.

That's enough for two or three days, though, even if all you're doing those days is looking at those things. And presumably that isn't the case on a honeymoon. There's also a carousel that's worth a look, unless you just hate that sort of thing; I don't think it's been mentioned, but it's there someplace.

                  Still... tvrail.com

                    Ah Chattanooga.
Chattanooga's great. I live a few hours away (somewhere between Chat and where Sarlon lives) and I've been probably a dozen times.
My mom's best friend lives there with her family and I know quite a few people that went to school at UTC.
I've been to the aquarium several times, and I'm pretty sure I've been to the art museum. But in recent years my family has spent more time in its suburbs (visiting mom's bf).
I seriously considered attending UTC, to the point where we did a school visit.

We drove by UTC on Sunday morning on our way to church... where as it turned out, the pastor is a history teacher at UTC.
