    Woman wants $100,000

    For the most incredibly stupid things.

    -Apparently the nearby development has lowered her house value.
    -And deprived her of "greenery, fresh air and sunlight"

    so meaning... she can still go outside to use those, but CHOOSES not to.

    Although I will say that she's not entirely wrong - some developments will lower your property value. However to claim you can't even use your back yard is a bit over the top.
