    In theory it's possible for a cat to transmit intestinal worms to a person. Not very common, and if kitty is dewormed, ain't happening.

    In practice, when it comes to assholes, I'd worry more about the ex and less about little white worms that your kitten may not even have.

          No offense but he sounds like a complete douche bag who probably also has control issues. I think you should completely rid yourself of him and move on. Sounds like he just wants to drag you down.
