So my weight has fluctuated slightly of late, partially due to stress eating. (I have a rule: if I MUST get junk food, I get something I've never tried before. I've found it gets the urge out of my system quicker than if I have something I like for some reason)
Well, over the weekend I was in hospital (see my thread for why). Part of what they had to do was weigh me and measure me for medication reasons. I had no issue giving my height, but my weight was an interesting one. I gave them 96kg (based on the last time I'd weighed myself, where my weight had crept up) but said I wasn't sure. They decided to bring in a set of scales and weighed me.
Turns out that either my boyfriends scales were calibrated horribly, or their scales were calibrated horribly, as I came up weighing 90kg exactly. Weighing on my boyfriends scales revealed that it had shot up to 91.8kg, so either I gained a kilogram from the weird eating pattern I'd had over the weekend, or his scales were shot to hell.
Either way, I'm definitely doing something right!
(So far, this is a loss of around 7-8kg. My starting weight was 98. I've previously been around 105-110kg)
