My husband has gotten hired at a new place of employment, and no longer has to put up with the nonsense of the car dealership world - at least not in the manner he's been in. He has been an car salesman for the past 20 years, and so knows the business inside and out.
This new job he's gotten is selling software to dealerships all over the country; which means he'll be traveling a lot, but the company pays for his hotel, car rental, food, etc. He's got to go up to Charlotte for 3 weeks for training - it's not a terribly far drive, but far enough to warrant staying up there overnight instead of making the trek home every night.
I'm going to miss him, but he's really doing everything he can possibly do to create a secure life for his family.
