Brother just called up and said the buyer of Mom's house is just starting out, so I should leave the vast majority of the stuff I don't want to take and he will either use it or take responsibility for disposing of it.
Kind of a shame ... I was going to try to sell some of it.
OTOH, now I don't have to do the whole take-a-photo-and-post-it-and-see-what-happens thing. I've had some real annoying run-ins with people who say they want X, Y or Z and then never show up to pick it up, and never get back in contact with me to set a new date or even explain why.
