  • Its the end of the world!!!

WATER IS FALLING FROM THE SKY!!!!!!!!!

What is this? Is it happening elsewhere? Is the world ending?

    What is this??????????!!!!!111111111

(Seriously, we haven't had any measurable rain since November).

Edit: I guess there are some power outages from RAIN???

On the radio they played the news broadcast:
"Thousands of south Florida residents are waking up in the dark"
Then the DJ cuts in: "Because the sun is not up!"

Nah the world already ended, back on December 25, 2004. Why? Because We Houstonians had a white Christmas. Now THAT was the end of the world.

It hasn't snowed here in over 30 years but it was close a few times this past winter!

Well it snows here every decade or so, but 2004 was the first time in recorded history I think that it snowed here on Christmas! Best Christmas ever! Though I wish it had snowed during the school year, but oh well it don't matter no more.

          Oh no!

          It was close? CLOSE?

Weird, snowed three times this year... that's more or less unheard of

We had 5 or 6 nights where it got into the mid 30s and at least 4 of them conditions were right but no precipitation so it didn't know.

We were back in the 90s yesterday but it's raining today so it'll probably stay in the 70s-80s.

*Wonders how to stay warm at the soccer game tomorrow and still be able to move*

It is by snark alone I set my mind in motion. It is by the juice of the coffee bean that thoughts acquire 'tude, the lips acquire mouthiness, the glares become a warning.

It got to 70ish around here on Tuesday, high 50s yesterday, and I saw big fluffy flakes a couple of hours ago.

Yeah, just 'snow globe' snow though - no 'cume. Kinda nice to see it and know there'll be no labor involved
