I saw some white things floating in the air and said, "That had better be pollen!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" (yes, with a million exclamation points. )
I was hoping that a goose got sucked into a jet engine or something like and NOT SNOW as I live near the landing path for the airport.
I'm lost without a paddle and headed up SH*T creek.

Ah, spring in Kansas.....means two things: Rain and Basketball. Oh, and Tornaodes, three things. But it's also starting to get warm outside, so I'll take it.

I'll be busy stocking up on supplies and boarding my windows if you need me. (Not for the storms, for the hordes of people who will be invading this town every time the 'Hawks make it one step further in the tourney.)

          I just looked outside.

          It's snowing.

I wonder if it's really going to be 50º today?

ETA: so far TWC is still forcasting 51º+.

            I hear ya...

It's snowed 4 inches worth since about 6 PM (Pacific).

And the weather-jerk says there's going to be another 4 inches on Tuesday.

It snowed another 2 inches overnight here.

Side note: if anyone wants to have an interior heater installed in their vehicle, make sure it's one that you can turn off...

Mine is one that is tied in with the block heater, so when I plug my car in, the heater starts.

It's great getting into a warm car on a -40C day...

But this last night, the snow that melted off of the windows ran down the sides of my car and froze again. It took several tries to pry open my door.

And my car looked less like "my car" and more like the block of ice Captain America was trapped in at the end of WW2.

If you can lie on the ground naked and not feel cold, it's time to plant.
Get me drunk enough, and I can do that in 3 feet of snow!

or if you are my Ex-wife and 5 months pregnant. she had to have the window open the fan on high and it was the middle of winter with a foot of snow on the ground. I had to stop her from rolling around in the snow naked

Not too bad here. About 48F here with a high of 51F. I was walking around outside with sweatpants and a t-shirt with no jacket. Quite nice.

                            Ooh, high of 62 Friday!
