So my wife called me on her lunch. She's frazzled as she tells me her brother is in the hospital. They have a "theory" as to what he has but a few procedures "should" tell us. They have no idea how long he's going to stay. My wife was told by her parents not to go until they have more news. I told her to talk to her sup and let hr know "just in case". In case of what? I have no idea. I guess I'm worried, too.

Well, some news. He's back home, doped up on morphine and confined to bed rest for 10 days. Come to find out he has a really nasty disease, but not fatal. The worse part is they think he's had it for quite awhile but it just now got bad enough for him to notice. My wife is relieved. I am, too.
